Scott Eathorne MD, President and CEO
Dr. Eathorne is a family and athletic medicine physician. Prior to joining Together Health Network, he was the president of Partners in Care and St. John Providence, and medical director for the Providence Medical Group. As a clinician and physician leader, Dr. Eathorne has been actively involved in healthcare transformation, focusing on the Patient Centered Medical Home model, successful integration of enabling technologies, and development of care management services to improve population health.
Alex Veletsos, Ed.D, CHCIO, Vice President, Information TechnologyDr. Veletsos served as chief information officer for St. Mary’s of Michigan and St. Joseph Health System, members of Ascension Health Michigan, prior to joining Together Health Network. Previous experience also includes chief technology officer of Orlando Health and Adventist Health System. In his 20 years in health IT, he has led several electronic health record, analytics, and enterprise system implementations.
Ryan ORoark, Vice President, Finance and ContractingPrior to Together Health Network, Mr. ORoark was vice president and chief financial officer leading financial operations, business intelligence, underwriting, and medical audit at HealthPlus of Michigan. While there, he also served as manager of network development and reimbursement support and project manager of network operations and performance. ORoark served as director of operations for Oakwood ACO as well as the director of managed care contracting for Oakwood Healthcare.
Sue Hashisaka, MBA, Vice President, Operations
Ms. Hashisaka previously was director of clinical transformation at the Southeast Michigan Beacon Community. There she led population health management strategies through IT adoption in 46 physician offices and hospital emergency departments. She has worked with Michigan and national clients on physician office transformation, health plan quality assessments, and value-based purchasing strategies for employers. She has held leadership positions in managed care marketing, product development, employer health benefit purchasing strategies, and specialty care services administrative management.
Mark Casmer, Vice President, Network Membership and Performance ManagementMr. Casmer previously served as interim president and CEO, chief operating officer/vice president of operations, and as senior director of client relations at Medical Advantage Group. His executive leadership experience from Henry Ford Health System, HAP, and BCBSM/BCN spans areas from provider incentive program design and administration health information technology, human resources, management services, and financial operations. While at BCBSM/BCN, he focused on pay-for-performance programs and collaborative quality initiative (CQI) activities with hospitals.
Stacey Duncan-Jackson, MPA, RN, BSN, CCP, Director, Population HealthMs. Duncan-Jackson has more than 24 years of experience in health care quality, population health, disease management, and managed care with expertise in program design, development, implementation, and integration. She is a certified Chronic Care Professional and also holds certification from the Academy of Health Care Management. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau (nursing honor society), Pi Alpha Alpha (Public Affairs Honor Society) and Phi Kappa Phi (Scholastic Honor Society).
